Die designing: OMR invest a considerable amount of resources for the training of its employees, software, hardware employed in those activities carried out within the company.

OMR tightly co-operate with its customers and offers them a good qualified tooling draftsmen who allows the clients obtain the maximum effectiveness in the construction of the tools.

The tool designing is carried out through 2D/3D CAD CAM systems.

Die construction

OMR has a long standing experience in the construction of sophisticated tools for blanking, bending and deep drawing; these tools can achieve the forming processes using materials ranging from the common steel to stainless steel and pre painted steels.

The manufacturing of the dies is carried out through  full automatic processes from the designing of the tools, the construction of the various tools parts and components to the last in house testing.

Production of metal parts

The production of metal parts is carried out using up to dated hydraulic and mechanical presses.
The production process is certified by well known companies.

The parts produced are random tested by skilled labourers following the  instructions of our customers and the quality standard provisions.
